DIRECTV Plus HD DVR es el nuevo servicio del proveedor satelital de tv pagada que ofrece imagen de alta definición, sonido Dolby Digital 5.1,
y visuaiización de pantalla ancha. Incluye cuatro canales HD: HBO HD y MOVIE CITY HD en principio, FOX HD y DIRECTV HD Showcase a partir del primero de Diciembre.
